Microstrategy Inc. has purchased approximately 271 bitcoin for $15 million in cash with an average price of $55,387. Now, Microstrategy has 91,850 BTC on its book at an average price of $24,403 per bitcoin.
Although Microstrategy purchase seems to have concurred with the most recent correction in Bitcoin cost. The correction happened after Elon Musk’s sudden announcement of suspending Bitcoin payment for Tesla over environmental concerns.
Saylor indicates that they don’t slow down the rate of BTC purchases. They keep accumulating Bitcoin in the dip. Microstrategy is one of the earliest corporate backers of cryptocurrency in the world.
Microstrategy also revealed the buy to United State Securities and Exchange Commission through the formula for FORM 8-k filling that submitted.
