According to a new survey, The United States is at the first position among the world’s most “Crypto ready” countries.
The Crypto Head 2021 “Crypto-Ready Index” number of measures taken into consideration. It included several crypto ATMs in-country and how accessible they are for the general population. Lastly, the number of online traffic searches about cryptocurrency is taken into account.
For these scores in all of these categories, we have formulated a ‘crypto-ready-score’ out of ten for 200 countries.
The United States ranked first with a crypto-ready score of 7.13 out of 10. Cyprus ranked second with a score of 6.47, Singapore third on 6.3, Hong Kong Fourth on 6.27, and the U.K. fifth on 6.06. Ireland, Slovenia, Australia, Germany, and Canada also made it into the top ten.
According to data collected by Crypto-head, the U.S. utilizes 17,000 crypto ATMs as the next closest country, around 16,000 less.” It also showed “US law allows for ownership of crypto and its use in banks, and there has been a 140% increase in searches for cryptocurrencies in the past year.”
Adoption of crypto ATMs
The number of the population per ATM. The United States placed first with a crypto ATM for every 19,023 people. The second place in a ratio in Canada, with 26,265 people per ATM. Japan has the highest number of people per Crypto ATM use; only one in the country has over 125 million people.
Hongkong is only 429 square miles in total area and has 124 crypto ATMs. On average, there is a Crypto ATM every 3 square miles and one for every 60,276 people.

In past years Cyprus ranked first with nearly 34,000 crypto searches for every 100,000 people, almost a 137% increase. Many countries’ interest in crypto is increasing rapidly.
