In Brief:
- SusiSwap launched the website for its NFT platform named ShoyuÂ
- The site displays a page teasing that “creative commerce reimagined” is coming soon.
- LevX is the leader of the project.
Through a TikTok teasing “In a desert of NFTs, an oasis is emerging”, SushiSwap launched the website of its NFT platform, Shoyu. The team posted desert-themed images that lead to the Shoyu domain name. LevX, the Project leader, also tweeted a link for the website launch.
LevX proposed the idea for the NFT platform for art storage powered by SushiSwap. The platform would provide similar services to that of SuperRare and OpenSea.
Earlier in July, SushiSwap updated about the initial development, management proposal and some user interface mockups of the marketplace in a blog post. Those mockups match the current layout on the live shoyunft.com.
It said that they’ll release an initial “v0” followed in November by a “v1″ with additional social networking aspects. The third upgrade, a”v2,” would occur in January 2022.
Lately, a lot of firms are capitalizing on the NFT boom. They’re launching their own marketplaces. Global Crypto Exchange, OKEx, is also increasing its efforts to expand its decentralized finance footprint. The exchange recently unveiled a new platform for minting and trading non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
