Robinhood, a trading app, announced 24×7 Phone Call support from their representative. This Move came after a large number of users were complaining about missing support from the app to solve their issues.
This move will make Robinhood the first crypto platform among its competitors to provide 24/7 phone call support service, regardless of holidays.
Robinhood is an American Financial service company. The app went public on the mainnet in July. Since then the user base of the app was continuously increasing and gained 22.5 million users in a few months. But, many users and serious traders were disappointed due to the lack of user support.
To resolve users’ problems and to provide better service, Company unveiled the 24*7 phone call support. The customer can now request a phone call to Robinhood through the app. To avoid spam or fraud calls, Robinhood will send notifications and assign a specific number of their representative, from which users will receive a call.
“Customers can request phone support for all issues or questions, including all trading and security issues as well as all crypto questions,” Christine Brown, the operating officer of Robinhood said. “Even super-simple questions such as ‘What is a wallet?’ or ‘What is the difference between bitcoin and bitcoin cash?’ can be addressed, as well as standard support issues to do with their account, trades, etc.”
As of June, Robinhood has more than 2,600 customer executive staff. The company is planning to expand its staff to 2 ½ by the end of this year to match a large number of users.
Moreover, The company is also planning to provide technical support to new users, who are not able to log into their accounts.
Recently, Coinbase had also introduced Customer support for their users to avoid incidents such as Account Take over.
