In a news that will delight Beatles fans across the globe, Voices of Classic Rock (VOCR) is auctioning off the rare interviews of all four band members of the legendary rock band, The Beatles as NFTs. The auction began on Monday.
These historic interviews of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr have not been accessed or heard in decades and is the first time ever that NFTs of rock music icon interviews are being shared with the general public.
The NFTs available for sale includes four different excerpts from conversations with John Lennon (on ‘A Day In The Life’), Paul McCartney (on ‘Chaos And Creation In The Backyard’), George Harrison (on ‘Abbey Road’) and Ringo Starr (on ‘His Lost Medallion’).
The owners of VOCR acquired this legendary archive from its creator, Kathleen Wittbold.
Jonathan Firstenberg, the managing director of the VOCR commented, “All of the interviews contained with VOCR are unique, and, like any other important and unique object or artwork, they will continue to grow in rarity and value over time.”
NFTs have been soaring high in the musical skies these days. Just recently, Freddie Mercury’s Four NFTs was auctioned on SuperRare for helping an AIDS cause. And with the inclusion of such Classic RockStars, sky is the only limit for NFT lovers!
