Esports organization Immortals announced a three-year partnership deal with cryptocurrency exchange Bitstamp.
The deal will also make Bitstamp a founding member of the esports organization and Immortal’s official cryptocurrency exchange.
In Brief:
- The collaboration aims to allow Immortals to explore future crypto integrations and NFT activations.
- Both organizations plan to implement three huge-scale initiatives as part of the deal.
- They intend to educate fans about cryptocurrency and let them interact with Web 3 space.
As part of the deal, Immortals and Bitstamp will collaborate on three large-scale initiatives.
One of these is Team Bitstamp where a group of content creators will be functioning as Bitstamp ambassadors and create giveaways and streams to promote crypto.
The second initiative is ‘Immortals Invasion.’ This is a series of activities planned for the League of Legends World Championship in North America in 2022. In-person events, activations, vlogs, and other types of content will be included in this set.
The last initiative is an Immortals LCS Trigger Program where each time Immortals draw the “first blood” in any LSC game, fans get a chance to be rewarded with digital assets.

Immortals and Bitstamp intend to educate the fans about crypto and let them interact with Web 3 via various activities.
This is Immortals’ second venture into the cryptocurrency world. It already has a collaboration with the DeFi artificial intelligence company fetch.ai.
Bitstamp too just three weeks ago, announced a three-year deal worth nearly $6.1 million to become the exclusive sponsor of British organization Guild Esports.
The gaming community and crypto community go hand-in-hand with the way they engage in discussions and hype up new projects. Multiple collaborations between crypto platforms and gaming firms have already happened and will continue to do in the future. Recently esports team Vitality signed a partnership deal with Tezos blockchain and it is one of the largest collaborations in European esports history.
