New World Inc., a subsidiary of Graph Blockchain Inc, appointed former Barcelona star Ronaldinho as a global brand ambassador for its metaverse and non-fungible token platform launch.

The partnership will create events and exclusive NFT experiences for Ronaldinho’s fans. He will closely work with the Co-Founder of the company – Diogo Snow. Snow has curated numerous NFT collections for celebrities including Drake and Fetty Wap.

Also, as part of the deal, Graph Blockchain will issue 4,000,000 common shares subject to regulatory approval, including from the CSE.
This is not the first time when blockchain or crypto-centric projects locked a deal with a sports star as a global ambassador. Last year, crypto exchange FTX appointed MLB star Shohei Ohtani as a global ambassador.
