It’s a Deadpool celebration day! Deadpool #1, a classic Marvel title, is the most recent addition to VeVe’s digital comic line-up “Marvel Digital Comics.” The NFT comic book is legit and is dropping on the app on March 14th.
One of the hilarious superheroes by Marvel comics – primarily because of his self-deprecating humor, Deadpool was created in 1991 by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza in 1997. VeVe’s Marvel NFT comics recreate the comics in a digital format – that has fans waiting.
The current “Deadpool #1” NFT comic book features the first appearance of ‘Blind AI’. The drop will only be available on Veve’s iOS and Android apps on 14th March, at 8 AM PDT. Deadpool #1 will come in the blind box format which will feature 5 collectibles with 5 different rarities, each priced at $6.99 and created by Junggeun Yoon.
After the Christmas drop of the Deadpool NFT series, this drop is a readable comic book. With a total of 30,000 editions, different rarities (common, uncommon, rare, ultra-rare, and secret rare) will have different numbers of drops. Buyers will not know which rarity they got until the purchase is completed.
This particular issue of the comic is about Deadpool (Wade Wilson) on a mission to Antarctica where he comes against Sasquatch (Walter Langkowski) of Alpha Flight. It keeps on getting interesting when he finds himself on a research station brimming with gamma radiation and in his own way describes it to be an “easy mission”.
As with VeVe’s all Marvel NFTs, a 6% licensor fee will be applied to Marvel sales in the secondary market in addition to the existing VeVe 2.5% secondary market fee.
Other Marvel comic book NFTs, such as ‘Amazing Spider-Man #86’, have also been dropped by the Singapore-based digital collectible marketplace.
