The British luxury department store Harvey Nichols announced the launch of an NFT retail concept space in its Pacific Place mall in Hong Kong.
According to the announcement, the NFT space is titled ‘HN NFT Vault’ providing a curated selection of NFTs from top blue-chip projects including CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club, CloneX x Takashi Murakami, Azuki and Doodles.
NFT collectors can purchase from a variety of NFTs ranging in price from HK$ 5000 (637 USD) to more than HK$ 1 million (127,490 USD) using both crypto and credit card payments.
Customers can also obtain NFTs using a cold wallet, which securely stores the NFTs purchased. The company claims to be the first premium fashion retailer in Hong Kong to offer NFT purchases in a convenient, secure, and quick manner.
Users can now utilize the HN NFT Vault to create and purchase clothing based on their NFTs, as well as sell them.
The statement says “Through the new space, Harvey Nichols aims to make NFTs more accessible to a broader audience by featuring a range of NFTs from some of the most successful projects globally available for in-store exploration and purchase.”
The world has been revolutionized by NFTs, and industries ranging from art to gaming to sports to conglomerates are all working on NFT projects. Investors are investing big on NFTs, and new NFT firms and projects pop up every day. More intriguingly, NFTS have yet to realize their full potential.
