The popular crypto hardware wallet brand Ledger announces collaboration with the top NFT collection Azuki BEANZ.
Ledger revealed the news via Twitter with an image showcasing a BEANZ NFT with a new attribute. The trait is an Azuki x Ledger wallet held in its hand like a briefcase.
There are 157 NFTs in the BEANZ collection possessing the Ledger attribute, while 6 have the Golden Ledger attribute. The floor price for the Golden Ledger BEANZ characteristic is 14.8 ETH right now. The current floor price for a standard Ledger BEANZ trait is 5.59 ETH.
Just last month Azuki unveiled details behind the BEANZ NFT collection. The collection which is an icon for the Azuki brand comprises 19,944 NFTs.
On May 6th the Azuki team unveiled all the traits of the BEANZ collection with all other characters apart from Toshi & Gus.
BEANZ holders are now able to keep the NFT as their Twitter pfp. They should visit Azuki Gallery to pair their BEANZ into a dynamic duo along with their Azuki. The pairing does not update the metadata or change either NFT.
Ray Rehito Hatoyama is appointed as an advisor to Chiru Labs, the creator of Azuki. Ray was on the board of LINE Corp. and helped establish renowned worldwide brands including Hello Kitty.
More updates about this collaboration will be reportedly revealed later but for now it’s unclear how closely the two brands are going to work out this deal.
