The largest Art and Toy convention in the U.S, DesignerCon revealed its partnership with VeVe Collectibles to deliver NFTs experience similar to the last year. Furthermore, eBay and NYWRK will also join this art festival as title sponsors.
As per the announcement, the event will be held between November 18 to November 20 at Anaheim Convention Center. The ticket sale will begin from July 15.
DesignerCon is an annual art and design convention that smashes together collectible toys and designer goods with urban, underground, and pop art. In this event, many artists and vendors participate with their installations and surprises.
VeVe has already attended DesignerCon in 2021, hence this year it is coming back with an “expanded presence”. Using VeVe, consumers will be able to collect products digitally in the form of NFTs.
VeVe became popular after its collaboration in major NFT projects such as the launch of Marvel’s The Death of Captain America drop on its app.
eBay will be present on the very first day of VIP Night. On this day, the event host will appreciate the collector community as well as offer early access to favorite artists and highly anticipated drops.
This year, eBay is coming with special arrangements including a VIP Box containing special editions and merch for VIP ticket holders as well as an exclusive MEDICOM TOY BE@RBRICK release featuring artist King Saladeen.
Another major title partner, NTWRK, a live stream shopping platform will enable brands and creators with a place to interact with consumers. The platform will host the DesignerCon virtual festival, which will feature more than 50 sellers displaying their products online via the NTWRK app.
