A social media tool, Linktree introduced NFT features in collaboration with the top-notch NFT marketplace, OpenSea.
The new feature contains an NFT Gallery for NFT holders to display their collection, NFT profile pictures, and background images. The most attractive tool out of all these is NFT Locks which enables NFT holders to lock access to specific links on their page and this link only grants access to NFT owners.
With the integration of the new feature, users can add an interactive link to the OpenSea collection. Whenever a visitor gets through the link, they will be able to see a preview of the OpenSea page.
Linktree will fetch data from OpenSea and Meatmask to provide precise data and verify NFTs on the platform.
The new integration “allows users to prominently display the work they’ve created or proudly collected, now just one click away on Linktree,” said Ryan Foutty, VP of Business Development at OpenSea, in a statement. “We know many NFT creators and collectors already use Linktree to link to their collections on OpenSea, and we’re excited that the Linktree integration makes NFT displays that much more seamless and engaging.”
With the boom in the NFT trend, many social media firms are diving into the business. Earlier this year, Meta revealed its plan to integrate NFT-related features on its platform.
