The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR and Team Penske join forces with Tom Brady-founded Autograph NFT marketplace to unveil their first exclusive NFT collection in celebration of the 106th Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge on Sunday, May 29 on NBC.
The three-part NFT collection includes an exclusive and redeemable 2022 Indianapolis 500 Race Day NFT. It is a commemorative NFT available for free to anyone who purchased a ticket to the motorsports event.
All Indianapolis 500 ticket holders are entitled to get the commemorative NFT and gain access to exclusive extra content through May 30.
The option for 2022 Commemorative Race Day Ticket holders to redeem their tickets began on May 19th.
Beginning May 23 at 3 p.m. ET, the 2022 Mystery Drop Container will be available for direct purchase, and the Celebrating 50 Years: Team Penske’s First Indy 500 Win NFT will be officially available May 27 at 3 p.m. ET.
INDYCAR and Autograph also teamed up to release the 2022 Mystery Driver Container, a one-of-a-kind NFT that, when purchased and opened, reveals one of the 33 exceptional NTT INDYCAR SERIES drivers competing in the 106th Indianapolis 500.
The Indy fans will be able to collect their favorite drivers after the reveal by buying, selling or trading the NFTs once launched.
Each NFT holder will receive a special benefit at the start of the race which is a commemorative piece of carbon fiber inserted in the car of their NTT INDYCAR SERIES driver.
Autograph collaborated with Team Penske to develop a limited edition NFT which is a 3D replica of Team Penske’s race-winning 1972 car, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the team’s first Indianapolis 500 win.

Autograph features both the 2022 Mystery Drop Container and Team Penske items, which can be purchased on the DraftKings Marketplace.
