The Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (HOFV) announced the launch of two extra NFT Playbooks Collection featuring NFL stars Shane Vereen and Justin Forsett.
HOFV announced the Playbooks collection last August highlighting memorable plays from the college and professional careers of six legendary NFL stars.
The six players were Marcus Allen, Tim Brown, Earl Campbell, Joe Theismann, Doak Walker, Shannon Sharpe, with the latest addition being Shane Vereen and Justin Forsett.
Every NFT has the player’s voice immortalizing a single play from his college or professional career. Each play was hand-picked by the players and represents crucial moments and defining memories from their great days on the field.
Currently, the floor price of the Playbooks NFT collection is 0.073 ETH with a total of 8 items with more players to be added later.
Michael Crawford, President and CEO of HOFV stated “The launch of our new NFTs offers fans unique commemorations of the players’ careers while solidifying our commitment to being on the cutting edge of the digital media space.”
The National Football League (NFL) and its players are actively involved in the NFT sector with multiple collaborations. Just last month, fan token platform Socios has announced a partnership with 13 NFL teams to offer market-specific rewards for fans of each franchise, focusing on fan engagement efforts and marketing activations
