The video game retailer, GameStop has launched a beta version of its wallet ahead of its upcoming NFT marketplace later this year.
The digital asset wallet can be used to store, send and receive crypto and NFTs. It is a self-custodial Ethereum wallet and has Ethereum Level 2 integration.
The wallet can be downloaded from GameStop’s website.
The wallet will also enable gamers to send and receive in-game assets without having to leave their web browsers.
The company however warns users to only add an amount with which they are comfortable since this is a beta version.

GameStop shares rose 3% in premarket trade today as a result of this announcement.
