An exciting announcement drew a lot of attention to the ‘NFT Berlin’ unconference. Justin Sun, the founder of the TRON blockchain and an early NFT collector, graced the “virtual” stage of the ‘NFT Berlin’ with his presence.
He brought to the unconference art exhibition–Twelve Digital Zodiac Heads, Beeple’s Ocean Front, and Fewocious’ My Mama’s Dream.
Justin had purchased the 12 Digital Zodiac Heads NFT for a record price of $1.55 million (RMB 9,832,500). The NFT is inspired by the legendary Chinese Zodiac Animal Heads, which was auctioned by Metapoly XM, a brand under Poly Auction (Xiamen).
Sun virtually took part in a panel discussion titled ‘The Future Perspective’ alongside Jasmine, General Partner, A&T Capital. They talked about the future of NFT and how the financial ecosystem and mechanism around it will evolve.
NFT Berlin is Europe’s largest offline NFT event, bringing together outstanding independent crypto artists to show that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
The event comprises three sessions: an NFT art exhibition, a symposium, and a Hackathon taking place on May 25 & 26 in Berlin, Germany.
Aside from Justin and Jasmine, many well-known artists, collectors, and platforms in the NFT space were invited to interpret the history, present, and future of NFTs through speeches, dialogues, and roundtable discussions at the NFT Berlin unconference.
