The public-traded Web3 investor firm, Tokens.com, sets up ‘the ramp’ as its subsidiary, Metaverse Group, will host Miami Fashion Week events in its Metaverse.
As per the announcement, Metaverse Group is partnering with Miami Fashion Week to host the event on its own Fashion Street Estate.
Andrew Kiguel, CEO of Tokens.com & Metaverse Group Executive Chairperson said, “Our Fashion Estate has become a pillar in the virtual fashion community and a popular virtual destination to host Metaverse fashion events.”
He further added that the firm is bridging the gap between virtual and physical events to give people access to exclusive events. Metaverse Group continues to fortify its stand as a reliable one-stop shop for all things in Metaverse. The Group continues to improve the space and also guide new clients deftly into this new internet era.
The physical Miami Fashion Week will take place from May 31st to June 5th, with a digital L’Atelier that will be launched in Decentraland’s Luxury Fashion District. The fashion district is owned and developed by the Metaverse Group.
On the other hand, the virtual opening of the fashion week will take place from June 3rd to June 5th. It will also have a ribbon-cutting ceremony opening the L’Atelier for guests. Miami Fashion Week is the second event hosted on the Fashion Estate this year, as many more events are planned for the rest of the year.

Miami Fashion Week’s Metaverse event is going to be an immersive experience with fashion shows, catwalks, avatar models lined up. Attendees will also have direct links to buy virtual goods on the marketplace for an easy transaction.
The runway displays DRESSX in partnership with MTA Kollectiff.
Moreover, a reveal will take place inside of the L’Atelier where members can register for a whitelisting spot for ‘The Key’ NFT that will be released later this year. The ‘Key’ is Miami Fashion Week’s membership which unlocks a suite of perks in both the physical and digital world.
One can also find veteran fashion designer Barbara Hulanicki’s fashion illustration NFTs displayed on the walls of the L’Atelier which will also be up for sale.
To wind up the event, a sustainability panel with DRESSX will be streamed live from the physical Miami Fashion Week venue on the L’Atelier rooftop, attracting both physical and virtual presence on Sunday June 5th.
