El Salvador’s President Bukele has reaffirmed the nation’s incessant faith in the world’s leading digital asset, Bitcoin, yet again. El Salvador purchased 80 BTC at a price of $19,000 per coin and spent over $1.5 million during the dip.
Tweeting on July 1st, 2022, Bukele thanked the BTC sellers, sustaining strong faith in Bitcoin’s future. “Bitcoin is the future. Thank you for selling cheap,” tweets Bukele, with a screenshot of 40 buy transactions.
El Salvador now has a total of 2,381 BTC.
