According to the Volvo Car India statement, the all-electric XC40 Recharge will officially launch on Mindshare’s Metaverse on July 26, 2022.
“Leveraging the capabilities of the Metaverse is just another example of Volvo Car using the latest technology from a vantage point in marketing. This is the first time in the history of the Indian auto industry that a new launch has been done on this platform,” says Jyoti Malhotra, MD, Volvo Car India.
Launching on the debuting sunrise technology (a historic first for India) of Mindshare, Volvo looks forward to entering a new digital technology age.
XC40 Recharge’s metaverse launch is a design courtesy of Mindshare and its partners. With this development, Volvo Car India is bracing to impart a virtual 3D experience to its consumers.
Volvo’s XC40 Recharge is the first luxury EV to assemble in India. XC40 Recharge’s price announcement will also be done on its launch day.
