The Canadian professional ice hockey left winger and author, Zach Hyman, reveals himself as the co-founder of the popular NFT collection ‘Bubblegum Kids NFT’.
Bubblegum Kids are a collection of 10,000 randomly generated NFTs with a variety of personality attributes.
Each of these brilliant and colorful little NFTs has unique hairstyles, eyes, bubble gum color, clothing, and accessories created by the skilled digital artist KingODawg.
Zach Hyman has been a BAYC member for a long time. He actually uses his BAYC NFT #610 as the profile picture of his NFT-based Twitter account @Bubblegum_NFT.
BAYC NFT #610 is a pink furred ape with a purple background, angry eyes and bored bubblegum mouth, adorning a Bayc Hat Black.
Hyman doxxed himself and his brother as the co-founder of the Bubblegum Kids NFT using the same Twitter account, by tweeting a short video expressing his excitement about expanding the Bubblegum Kids project and his affection for the NFT community.
The NFT community responded well to this announcement showing respect to the player, stating that they would have already checked out the collection if they knew Hyman was behind the project.
Last month a similar incident happened, when Truth Labs was revealed as the doxxed team behind the Goblintown NFT project. While they doxxed themselves, Buzzfeed took charge to doxx the identity of BAYC’s Main founders: Greg Solano and Wylie Aronow
