A layer 2 scaling solution, Arbitrum introduced a new chain called “Arbitrum Nova” on July 11, which enables low-cost transactions and ensures security. According to the release, Arbitrum Nova is built using the AnyTrust technology.
Arbitrum Nova is similar to Arbitrum One, which is another chain that developed through the Arbitrum Rollup technology. It will provide solutions for gaming and social applications, while Arbitrum One will deliver support for DeFi and many NFT projects.
However, the current launch of Nova on the mainnet only provides access to developers to deploy their projects on the network. End users would access these projects later on.
