Solana’s largest NFT marketplace, Magic Eden is expanding its offerings by providing multi-chain support. On August 2, Magic Eden announced the integration of Ethereum-based non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
With this integration, Magic Eden will deliver a rich multi-chain experience for creators and collectors as Ethereum and Solana are two popular blockchains for NFTs.
Magic Eden committed that it will provide similar “go-to-market” benefits to Ethereum NFT users, which it is currently giving to Solana users. This includes a popular minting toolkit, whitelisting tools, and marketing support.
Furthermore, it is also developing a “cross-currency trading product”. It will allow users to explore the most extensive NFT collection from Solana and Ethereum. Users can also buy these NFTs using ETH or SOL tokens or they can buy through their credit card.
According to data from DappRadar, Magic Eden dominated the Solana blockchain’s NFT trades with more than 90%.
With the Ethereum NFTs integration, Magic Eden will provide multi-chain solutions to NFTs creators and collectors. This includes three key features.
First is Magic Eden List which will provide a whitelist and audience targeting tool. The second one is Magic Eden Launchpad compatible with ETH/SOL. The last one is the Magic Eden Drop Calendar.

In the upcoming weeks, Magic Eden will launch its cross-chain Launchpad EZU, which is the sister project of the popular ETH project Psychedelics Anonymous, founded by Voltura (Lewis Gale).
Zhuoxun Yin, COO, and Co-Founder of Magic Eden stated in a blog post, “Creators launching with Magic Eden will no longer have to face the difficult decision of choosing one chain over another at the cost of limiting their potential audience reach. Web3 is a place for us to share knowledge and evolve together.”
Jack Lu, CEO, and Co-Founder of Magic Eden said, “We believe in a collective NFT community that exists across multiple chains. Launching collector tools like the cross-chain Magic Eden Drop Calendar will be the first step towards realizing that vision. The roll-out of cross-currency purchase support for SOL and ETH NFTs will build on our efforts.”
