Former Coinbase product manager, Ishan Wahi has pleaded not guilty to charges of insider trading.
Wahi along with two others is charged with wire fraud conspiracy by the DOJ. They are also charged by the SEC for alleged violation of antifraud provisions of securities laws and insider trading.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York also announced criminal charges against all three individuals.
