According to a court filing, Voyager Digital will hold an auction of assets on September 13, starting at 10 am ET.
The qualified anonymous bidders for the auction submitted their proposals yesterday. A hearing is scheduled on September 29 to approve the results.
The original deadline for bids was August 26, which was later extended to September 6.
Voyager’s counsel will review the bids and decide on the one which it deems most valuable to customers and creditors. Bids can vary in offering different solutions to the bankruptcy in terms of amount of funds or level of assistance in the reorganization.
