The popular girls’ gang and the so-called “chick flick” are making their way to the metaverse. On September 7, Paramount Pictures Corporation filed for two “MEAN GIRLS” trademarks with the USPTO, indicating that the “Queen Bees and Wannabes” are ready to bring their NFTs.
Cady, Gretchen, Karen, and the iconic Regina George are expected to be branded into downloadable multimedia files authenticated by NFTs, as well as crypto-collectibles. I know, right? As Gretch would say, “That’s so fetch”.
The other trademark is for Software as a service (SAAS) for transferring crypto-collectibles, which includes PAAS for transferring crypto-collectibles and NFTs.
