The Co-founder of UMA protocol and former Goldman Sachs trader, Hart Lambur partners with Robot Ventures.
Although the announcement doesn’t provide deep insights as to what role Hart Lambour will play in the project, his experiences as founder of the popular protocol will seemingly provide a strong utility in future projects of Robot Ventures.
Founded by protocol Compound Labs’ Robert Leshner, Robot Ventures tweeted, “Hart brings a wealth of experience as the founder of UMA & Across protocols and will be working closely to assist the projects we invest in.”
As for UMA, it is a decentralized financial contracts platform built to enable Universal Market Access. UMA allows developers to build financial products on the Ethereum blockchain. Lambur, who is a Columbia University graduate, spent more than seven years at Goldman Sachs as an interest rate trader, offering liquidity in US Treasuries.
