One of the world’s biggest shipping and parcel supply services, the United Parcel Service (UPS), forays into the metaverse by launching a venue in the popular Decentraland metaverse.
UPS launched the venue titled “The Helping You Be Unstoppable Store” in collaboration with Companies Inc. and Fast Company.
The launch of the metaverse venue will provide education for the small business market in crucial areas like sales and marketing.
UPS is committed to supporting small businesses, with a particular emphasis on doing so in the metaverse. There will be some great speakers during the events held at the new decentraland venue.
Notably, these professionals will deliver great lectures on critical facets of operating a business. The UPS team has been putting a lot of effort into this latest project with the goal of offering a dynamic and immersive learning environment.
The metaverse launch was expected as UPS filed a trademark to protect its brand in the metaverse and NFT space in April of this year.
The Helping You Be Unstoppable Store in Decentraland will not provide one-on-one interaction with UPS staff for the time being.
