The Seoul Southern District Court’s judge in South Korea dismissed the arrest warrant for Terraform Labs’ Head of General Business Operations Yoo Mo, stating that it is not necessary to keep him in custody.
Yoo was charged with using a bot software while working for Terra to manipulate the price of the algorithmic stablecoin UST, which lost its peg to the dollar and caused the Terra ecosystem to collapse in May.
Yoo was a “key aide” to Do Kwon who himself faces an arrest warrant along with five others and even Interpol has reportedly issued a red notice against Do Kwon.
