Hip-Hop icon and top NFT influencer Snoop Dogg collaborates with web3 animation company Astro Project to release the music video for the song “Crip Ya Enthusiasm” which made its debut on Snoop Dogg’s album “Bacc On Death Row” (B.O.D.R) in February.
The music video launch was done along with Astro Project’s launch of 11,111 digital donuts “Astro Donuts,” which function as digital keys that can be used to access the video’s materials, including 3D models and character animations.
Astro Project is credited for the digital setting in which the video is shot. The show Curb Your Enthusiasm’s theme music, which was remixed for Snoop’s song, is a recurring theme in the music video, which was animated in Unreal Engine.
The avatar of Snoop Dogg resembles comedian Larry David. Snoop Dogg’s motion capture in the video was filmed at the Santa Monica, California-based “Portal” studio of Astro Project.

Astro Project has made tutorials and guidelines available that show donut NFT owners how to design custom Unreal Engine scenes and animations. The company claims that because a donut is typically one of the first things a 3D artist learns to create, it decided to make the access key look like one.
Astro Donuts NFTs currently have a total trading volume of 0.227 Ethereum, or about $300, since the NFTs began trading on OpenSea on October 13. On the Astro Project website, the donuts may be purchased for 0.06 Ethereum, or about $80.
