The bankrupt crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital’s co-founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies are subpoenaed by the judge looking over the bankruptcy proceedings of the company.
As per the order, liquidators can now request “any recorded information, including books, documents, records, and papers” related to the hedge fund’s property or financial affairs since 2012, when 3AC was founded.
The order also allows liquidators to order the previous management to deliver any material pertaining to Three Arrows Capital’s assets or money within 14 days. This includes seed phrases and private keys.
Tai Ping Shan Limited, DeFiance Capital, Starry Night Capital, Mark Dubois, Cheuk Yao Pau, and Kelly Chen who is Davies’ wife are also listed in the court order as “discovery targets.”
Three Arrows Capital filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy following Terra LUNA’s collapse which caused a chain reaction of firms filing for bankruptcy. Both Su Zhu and Kyle Davies were not active on any platforms following this event but suddenly spawned from oblivion following the FTX crash partially blaming the exchange for 3ACs demise.
