The world’s biggest cosmetic company, L’Oréal’ made a partnership with the metaverse events company RLTY to organize a global metaverse competition ‘BRANDSTORM’ to support proficient students and tech innovators below 30.
The competition will see the participation of 83,000 students and professionals that joined last year. The cosmetic brand wants to support and encourage students to build their careers in the beauty space.
Brandstrom event will be based on the “cracking the new codes of beauty” theme. It means each participant will have to come up with an augmented beauty project using VR, AI technology, and other Web3 tools.
The winners with unique and top projects will award with certification and access to its Salesforce’s e-learning platform. Also, they will get a chance to share their ideas with L’Oréal’s expert team.
“Brandstorm has become a universe of opportunities for all the participants, and this year, we’ve decided to push the experience for them further, giving life to a dedicated space in web3,” explained Talent Acquisition Director Stefanie Messner.
“Brandstorm aims to upskill and develop youth globally, becoming such a career booster for all participants. At the same time, it is a unique occasion for L’Oréaliens to be close to the young generation and give back!” she added.
