The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and Binance have partnered to introduce the first NFT in the history of the Brasileirão Assaí. This will give spectators access to improve their experience of the game.
The NFT Season Pass was available for free on Friday (April 14) after registering on the Brasileirão Assaí Website and getting a redemption serial code. New Binance users can access the Binance NFT landing page using the serial code.
Existing Binance users can redeem their NFTs by referring friends to open an account on the exchange. Completing the KYC process, the NFT will be automatically unlocked.
The president of the CBF, Ednaldo Rodrigues said that “we seek to connect with all forms of interaction with the fans. And it would not be different in this partnership with Binance. Bringing technology, combined with the emotion of football, will give us even more options for approaching and engaging with new audiences and different fan profile.”
Guilherme Nazar, national manager for Brazil at Binance, feels that “crypto and blockchain are the future of money and the internet, bringing indisputable benefits to people, especially in developing countries.”
Binance launched also launched a card bridging the gap between traditional finance and cryptocurrencies. It also supports Santos Futebol Clube, Brasileirão Feminino Neoenergia,
Brasileirão Feminino Binance A-2, and Brasileirão Feminino Binance A-3. Also, it ensures a significant presence across the globe, including the African Nations Cup (AFCON), a recently announced international relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo, etc.
