The co-founder of Terraform Labs – Do Kwon also known as Kwon Do-hyung, has been targeted by Montenegro prosecutors for another legal action, reported Bloomberg.
According to Montenegrin newspaper Vijeti, fugitive Do Kwon as well as Terraform Labs chief financial officer Han Chang-joon face forgery indictments by Montenegro prosecutors.
Last month, Do Kwon, founder of Terra USD and Luna, was caught by Interpol at Podgorica airport in Montenegro with forged documents while trying to flee to Dubai. Although it is now unknown to which country he will be sent, as both South Korea and the United States have criminal charges against Do Kwon.
As Bloomberg reported, Dusko Milianovic, an official at the prosecutor’s office in Podgorica, said that law enforcement officials are also trying to extend detention.
