In a bid to revive the Terra Classic blockchain, a dedicated team of senior full-stack engineers known as the “Six Samurai” has put forward a spending proposal for the third quarter.
Led by Bilbo Baggins and Solid Snake, this team is composed of experienced industry veterans with a passion for the LUNC community and a commitment to decentralization and DeFi.
Their strong belief in open-source principles, decentralization, and a free market ecosystem is driving their motivation to compete and provide options for the LUNC community.
While they present a competing proposal, they intend to work alongside teams, respecting their mandates and avoiding any overlap. This cooperative approach aims to create an environment where multiple groups contribute to the chain’s development for the greater good.
The team’s roadmap for the quarter includes milestones such as migrating from Columbus-5 to Columbus-6 and upgrading to the latest Cosmos SDK.
Additionally, they plan to pursue the listing of Terra Classic on Keplr’s web interface and Mintscan, two prominent platforms that provide analytics and exploration for the Cosmos ecosystem.
