A well-known and largest soft drink brand is stepping into the world of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), introducing its first collection on the Coinbase layer-2 network Base.
On August 13, Coinbase announced that Coca-Cola’s NFT collection is live for mint as a part of its “Onchain Summer” event. “CocaCola is bringing their Global Masterpiece campaign onchain with iconic works from leading artists,” said Coinbase.
The masterpiece collection includes unique artworks from leading artists, which are intertwined with the iconic Coca-Cola bottle.
Two classic masterpieces, like “The Scream” by Edvard Munch and “Girl with a Pearl Earring” by Johannes Vermeer, coexisted with more recent creations by contemporary artists like Aket and Vikram Kushwah.
This artwork will become a digital collectible and be accessible to art enthusiasts and Coca-Cola fans participating in the Onchain Summer event.
The minting process, which started recently, will conclude in just two days, and the pricing for these NFTs begins as low as 0.0011 ETH and goes up to 0.014 ETH.
