The world’s leading Bitcoin mining pool, Binance Pool, launched its new feature called Ordinals Inscription Service. With this service, users can embed the additional data onto individual satoshis within the Bitcoin network. By making it easier to create unique digital artifacts, the service aims to help secure blockchain storage.
The Ordinals Inscription Service is designed to increase Bitcoin’s usefulness by enabling the addition of more information to its smallest unit, the satoshi. By converting individual satoshis into non-fungible tokens (NFTs), Bitcoin Ordinals provide a way to inscribe digital data onto the Bitcoin blockchain.
A Taproot address is required for the user to access the Ordinals Inscription Service, which is clearly outlined by Binance. To generate a Taproot address, the user has to complete identity verification (KYC). Binanace provided complete guidance and related material that can be helpful for the user to complete the process.
