The $41 million hack of crypto gambling site Stake.com was carried out by the North Korean Lazarus Group, as per the statement released on Thursday by the Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI).
According to the FBI’s investigation, DPRK cyber actors transferred stolen money from Stake.com into the following virtual currency addresses related to the Polygon, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Ethereum networks:
FBI investigations have identified 33 crypto addresses that received the stolen funds, as noted above.In this list, there are four Ethereum addresses, five Binance Smart Chain addresses, two polygon addresses, and twenty-two Bitcoin addresses.

Lazarus Group, also known as APT38, is composed of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) cyber actors and is responsible for several other high-profile international virtual currency heists.
