Today, Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and largest digital asset exchange by trading volume, announced the promotion of its VP of Global Marketing Rachel Conlan to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
This announcement comes after the company made some critical changes in its top-level executives and management team.
They appointed new executives like Eleanor Hughes as the General Counsel, Kristen Hecht as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Global Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Min Lin as the Head of Latin America, and Richard Teng as the Head of Regional Markets.
These appointments are part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its leadership team as they focus on key business initiatives.
“Our leadership team is critical to carrying out positive impacts that have an effect on the larger ecosystem and our mission, which is focused on users,” said Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao.
CZ further added, “And, Rachel is an example of that. Our team is stronger than ever as we focus on delivering great products and services for our users while ensuring we are a responsible industry leader.”
Rachel will continue to supervise and direct Binance’s teams both globally and at the regional level.
Shortly, she will introduce a fresh set of global campaigns and enhance partnerships with key online influencers (known as KOLs) to attract new individuals to the cryptocurrency field and discover inventive methods for users to get involved in Web3 and crypto, including initiatives related to making a positive impact.
Rachel’s work to educate and empower more individuals with cryptocurrency expertise will contribute to Binance’s broader mission to collaboratively develop the industry and promote widespread acceptance.
Rachel said in a statement, “As an industry leader, we play a crucial role in bringing this potential for users and demonstrating to them how they benefit.”
