NFL quarterback Trevor Lawrence has reportedly agreed to a settlement in the FTX class-action lawsuit. YouTube influencers Kevin Paffrath and Tom Nash have also agreed to the lawsuit that accused them of inadequate compensation disclosure in their promotions for the defunct cryptocurrency exchange FTX.
The settlement agreements are yet to be disclosed, but Bloomberg reports reveal that the trio have entered into proposed agreements.
The class action lawsuit is entangled with many other celebrities, including Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, Kevin O’Leary, Shaquille O’Neal, Naomi Osaka, David Ortiz, Graham Stephan, Andrei Jikh, Jaspreet Singh, Brian Jung, Jeremy Lefebvre, and Erika Kullberg. Out of them, Lawrence, Paffrath, and Nash are the first to reach a settlement.
Creators Agency, the talent management company behind the promotion of FTX, is also named in the lawsuit.
