The leading crypto mining product provider, Bitmain, unveiled its strong partnership with Exahertz and Moonwalk Systems to reshape Oman’s tech sector and achieve Vision 2040.
In this exciting partnership, Exahertz will host 10,000 state-of-the-art BITMAIN machines for its Exahertz Technology Park, situated in Salalah, Oman. The Exahertz Technology Park is the biggest private blockchain data center in the Middle East.
Exahertz also partnered with Moonwalk Systems to use the hydro systems for the pilot testing of Exahertz Technology Park in Salalah. It will help them maintain the peak performance of the data center in Middle Eastern climate conditions.
To make the data center eco-friendly, the Exahertz team will use treated grey water to cool down the data center computers.
Bitmain’s director, Jihan Wu, stated in the blog post, “This collaboration allows BITMAIN to have a stronger presence in the region, utilizing our advanced technology.”
The CEO of Moonwalk Systems, Sam Ferdows, lauded the partnership with Bitmain, saying, “We’re excited about this partnership with BITMAIN and look forward to being a key partner for them in the region.”
In the inauguration party of partnership, His Highness Sayyid Marwan Turki Al Said and H.E Eng. Saeed Bin Hamoud Al Mawali, Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information, as well as esteemed ministers, were present, displaying the importance of partnership for the country.
