The CEO of nChain, Christen Ager-Hanssen, announced his immediate departure from his position by citing serious issues on the board of nChain Group, including the manipulation of documents by Dr. Craig Wright to make the court believe he is Satoshi.
Australian computer scientist and businessman Craig Wright claims that he is the main creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto.
On the X, Christen Ager-Hanssen expressed his skepticism towards the board of the nChain group, calling it a conspiracy to defraud nChain shareholders stagged by a “significant shareholder.”
He also raised concerns over the ultimate beneficiary shareholder and the real people behind the DW Discovery fund registered in Cayman. DW Discovery Fund is an open-licensed fund specializing in investments within disruptive technology. The nChain Group was acquired by the DW Discovery Selection Fund on October 1, 2018.
Christen Ager-Hanssen said that he has “compelling evidence” to prove that Dr. Craig Wright has tampered with documents to deceive the court that he is Satoshi. “I’m today myself convinced that Dr. Craig Wright is not Satoshi, and I’m persuaded he will lose all his legal battles,” he said.
He also shared his disappointment with the board after they failed to take action against Dr. Craig Wright on his request.
