With the latest transfer of 22,500 Ether (ETH) in the past 24 hours, the FTX exploiter has continued moving stolen funds that it accumulated in last year’s hack.
The onchain analyst Spotonchain noted that the FTX exploiter has sent another 22,500 ETH, worth approximately $36.9 million, between October 4 and October 5.
The exploiter has used different addresses to move funds, with a transaction of 7,500 from address 0xa122 and two other transactions of 5,625 ETH and 9,375 ETH from address 0x9B10.
As usual with its previous transactions, all the funds are directed towards THORChain Router and possibly bridged to Bitcoin. With these latest transactions, the total transfers from stolen funds amount to nearly $98 million.
The hacker is transferring funds gradually after it first moved 5000 ETH on September 30. It still holds $195.23 million of stolen funds, as per data from Spotonchain.
