Binance has announced that it has rebranded the Binance Feed to Binance Square in an effort to transform the platform from a basic content aggregator into a lively social network that heavily incorporates user-generated content.
With the recent addition of their new user-generated content feature, registered Binance users in the majority of markets can now actively participate in community discussions on the platform and produce their own content.
Recently, Binance Square has added unique monetization features that both users and creators can enjoy. Incentives for users through cryptocurrency boxes, a commission program for affiliates, and a tipping feature to recognize content creators for their contributions are all available.
As Binance Square is committed to building a robust social platform for the future, more monetization features and product enhancements are planned for launch.
CEO and Founder of Binance, Changpeng Zhao (CZ) said, “Binance Square has always been about building a community-first social platform, and today’s announcement is a step in the right direction.”
Binance Square (formerly known as Binance Feed) hosts trending topics from the Web3 and cryptocurrency ecosystem, with over 30,000 hashtags used so far. In less than a year, it has also accumulated over 10 million active monthly users across its web and app versions.
