The Hong Kong Virtual Asset Consortium (HKVAC) today announced that it has added XRP, Hedera (HBAR), Maker (MKR), and Quant (QNT) to its indexes. HKVAC has released the rebalancing results for the HKVAC Key Indexes and HKVAC Market Indexes today.
The rebalancing results will be available on its website, which will come into effect on October 20, 2023 (Friday).
From the Global Large Market Cap, which was launched in June, they are removing Cryptonex (CNX) and Internet Computer (ICP) and adding Hedera (HBAR) and Maker (MKR), while the remaining 30 indexes are unchanged.
The same changes will apply to the Large Market Cap Index, but there is also the removal of HEX and inclusion of Quant (QNT). The Global Large Top5 and Global Large Top5 Equal Weight Indexes of the HKVAC Market Indices are subtracting USDC and adding XRP, respectively.
Furthermore, there are no changes in the HKVAC Cryptocurrency Global Large Top10 Index and the HKVAC Cryptocurrency Global Large Top10 Equal Weight Index. On October 20, 2023, at 4:30 p.m., the HKVAC official website will provide more comprehensive details.
