The largest stablecoin issuer, Tether, plans to release real-time USDT reserve data over the coming years.
Tether’s chief of technology, Paolo Ardoino – who will become CEO in December, said in an interview that the stablecoin company is planning to publish USD reserve data in real time.
For transparency, the company currently publishes quarterly reserve data reports via third-party accounting firms. In the coming years, it will enable the fiat-reserve data to be fully transparent and real time.
