The cryptocurrency startup Bastion has appointed Caroline Friedman as Chief Operating Officer, after she served as Head of Operations since its inception.
With a decade of experience in digital assets, financial services, and national security, Friedman previously held key roles at a16z Crypto and Kraken.
In her new position, she will oversee compliance, regulatory matters, public policy, legal, people, and finance functions, aiming to elevate operational excellence and customer satisfaction at Bastion.
