SEBA Bank AG, a fully licensed Swiss crypto bank, has revealed its new identity as AMINA Bank AG. With operations spanning Zug, Abu Dhabi, and Hong Kong, the bank provides both traditional and crypto banking services to clients globally.
The name ‘AMINA’ draws inspiration from ‘transAMINAtion,’ signifying the transfer of one compound to another. AMINA embodies a brand dedicated to constant change, amalgamating traditional, digital, and crypto banking to unlock new possibilities and growth for its clients. This vision reflects the evolution of clients’ financial futures.
Back in 2019, SEBA Bank made waves as one of the first institutions regulated by FINMA to offer crypto banking services. This rebranding signifies a fresh start for the company, boasting over four years of operational experience.
AMINA Bank inherits the pioneering spirit of SEBA Bank, aiming to lead the way for clients as a Swiss-regulated crypto bank catering to both traditional and crypto-savvy customers worldwide.
The Abu Dhabi branch office and the subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Singapore will later seek a name modification to synchronize with the head office located in Zug.
