Gaming-related tokens are generally continuing at the same rate as Bitcoin and Ethereum, with popular tokens connected to the Ronin and Beam networks leading the way among large-cap projects.
According to CoinGecko data, the value of RON, the token of the gaming-focused Ethereum sidechain network Ronin, has increased by 21% in the last day to $1.75, continuing a recent trend of strong growth.
The token has gained 67% weekly and a substantial 197% in the last 30 days. Ronin’s ascent has been largely attributed to growing user interest in Pixels, a well-known blockchain game that just moved from Polygon to the network.
On the other hand, Merit Circle’s Beam gaming network, which revolves around an Avalanche subnet, uses BEAM, an Ethereum-based token.
Merit Circle declared on Wednesday that it will incorporate the impending Immutable zkEVM network into the Beam ecosystem, utilizing tools that are compatible with the Ethereum scaling network, which is primarily focused on gaming.
Before the news was released, BEAM’s price reached an all-time high. After the news was released, it continued to rise, reaching a new peak that was just above $0.017 overnight.
The price of BEAM has somewhat stabilized at approximately $0.0162. It has increased by roughly 6% today, 78% over the last seven days, and 238% over the last month.
