Jeffrey Wilcke, a co-founder of Ethereum, moved 10,000 Ethereum, valued at roughly $27 million, to the Kraken market, one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, on February 14th.
As per the data from Etherscan, Jeffrey initially tested by transferring 0.1 Eth to the address 0x8E9.., flagged as kraken deposit by Arkham Intelegence.
Jeffrey then transferred 4.3K Ethereum, valued at $10 million, four days ago to the Kraken and today he transferred $27 million in Ethereum.
In total, he has transferred over $37 million to the crypto exchange and still holds 135,738 ETH($374.6M).
The cryptocurrency community has taken notice of this noteworthy transaction, which has sparked a wide range of responses and conjectures about possible ramifications for the Ethereum network and the larger cryptocurrency market.
