Circle Internet Financial, renowned for USDC, has announced a substantial partnership today with Overdare, Inc., a collaboration between gaming and metaverse giants Krafton, Inc. and Naver Z Corporation.
This alliance aims to reshape the landscape of mobile user-generated content (UGC) gaming by utilizing Circle’s Programmable Wallets. These wallets will enable game content creators to create secure in-game Web3 wallets and receive USDC payouts directly through the platform.
Drawing inspiration from the gaming platform Roblox, Overdare utilizes the Unreal Engine 5 from Epic Games to provide AI-enhanced creation tools. This enables players to become game designers within the metaverse, shaping their distinct adventures.
Additionally, Overdare introduces the ‘Overdare Studio’, a comprehensive PC-based creative suite that provides innovative tools for creators to customize gaming experiences within the platform.
In addition to in-game creation, Overdare adopts a “Create-to-Earn” approach, empowering players to monetize their imagination. By crafting valuable digital assets, players can convert them into NFTs, facilitating trading on the game’s virtual marketplace. The platform also includes live chat features and customizable avatars to foster a sense of uniqueness among users.
To bolster the creator-centric ecosystem, Overdare is integrating the Settlus network, simplifying interactive content licensing and enabling creators to prove asset ownership, license, and monetize their creations on the blockchain.
